• Shipping Method: We ship via USPS to locations within the United States. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey to you.
• Processing Time: Each item is handmade with care, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. If we are not able to keep that timeframe, you will be contacted, this usually happens with larger orders.
• Returns & Exchanges: Since all our items are lovingly handmade, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right!
